Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. She was first known as Pepper Steiger in Australia. The role she played in the 100-episodes of the soap opera Neighbors that aired between 2006 and 2007 established her as a household name in Australia. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two projects. The first was Hollywood & Wine with which she played a young aspiring actress. Then by landing a recurring part in the 9th season of Scrubs that of Maya a very sexy medical student. The show was abruptly cut off. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. The year 2013 was when she was discovered in a greater way. After appearing in six episodes on the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the web series Chosen which starred Milo Ventimiglia, the actress was offered a variety of roles. In the first two series, she also gives the answer to Chad Michael Murray. In the years immediately following her debut, she landed supporting roles as a flight attendant two fantastic film features. She portrays a flight assistant. Matador is a television series that she created together in collaboration with Gabriel Luna. The season of 13 episodes is all there is of the thriller by Robert Rodriguez where the actors play CIA agents. The pilot is in the process of being developed of another show that does not succeed. In 2015, she released the first poster of a B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared on the show comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. Also, she is one of the major distributors of Terrence Malick's experimental Knight of Cups. In addition, she appears in five episodes of the Satisfaction series.
