Walker, born 1976, was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is an American citizen of African descent. The daughter is Harvey Welker a Native American father, and Julie Welker an African-American mother. She is the mother of an agent in real estate while her father holds a degree in engineering. Walker was educated at Germantown Friends School located in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, graduating in 1994. Then she attended Harvard College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker is engaged to John Hughes a well-known marketing director at Merck in Philadelphia and they have two children. The couple began being involved in an affair. John her husband, is just four years older than her. They were enjoying their relationship, so they decided to continue their relationship. On the 4th March 2017 they got married. Their wedding ceremony took place within Philadelphia Pennsylvania. At the Hyatt Hotel they had a big enormous wedding. The reception was open to friends and family of close relatives.
