Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an accomplished actress as well as a writer, director, and producer. Her father comes from Britain and her mother is the "Turkish English-Cypriot expat." Anna's early memories of attending rehearsals for play and observing her mother at her job. While still a small girl, she appeared in various commercials. Anna moved to Toronto in November 1999 to pursue her acting talents. She eventually settled down to Los Angeles (California) over the following decade. Seth Cooperman met Anna at an Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007 and the couple became engaged.
